We at Parsley Herbs want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns based on the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- Domestic Returns (Pakistan): Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- International Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare and haircare products.
3. Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@parsleyherbs.com providing your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
